By engaging SPJ, you acknowledge and agree to hold harmless Solar Panel Jim, LLC and its representatives for any claims, liabilities, disputes, or damages arising out of or related to third-party services, financing, warranties, installations, or equipment. All warranty claims must be directed to the provider listed on your installation or financing agreement.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this site or engage with SPJ’s services.
You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account, including safeguarding your login credentials. SPJ is not liable for unauthorized account access.
